Black History Month Art Contest Winners
In February, to honour Black History Month, the CDSBEO hosted an art contest focused on sharing the message of ending racism and promoting belonging! Many amazing submissions were received, and the board is extremely proud of everyone who shared their talent, and this important message, through their beautiful art.
Prizes were awarded to each category (Grade 1-3, 4-6, 7-9, and 10-12). Art work was judged on creativity, originality, illustration, and expression of an anti-racism and belonging theme. All entries were original creations.
