Welcome Back Mass 2024

The annual Welcome Back celebration is a cherished tradition for CDSBEO. It marks the beginning of a new academic year and provides an opportunity for staff to come together, reflect, and renew their commitment to the mission and values of the board. 

Today, staff from the CDSBEO gathered at St. Michael Catholic High School for the annual Welcome Back celebration. The morning began with words of welcome from Board Chair Sue Wilson and Director of Education Laurie Corrigan, followed by a mass celebrated by Archbishop Marcel Damphousse of the Ottawa-Cornwall Archdiocese, Board Faith Animator Fr. John Whyte, and Fr. Adibe Cyprian from Holy Name of Mary Parish, Almonte. 

New CDSBEO employees received a special blessing and their official board pin. The morning concluded with a lovely lunch.
