Educating and Inspiring… heart, mind, body, and soul!

Blessing of the Plaque at St. Matthew CSS

Board administration, staff and trustees gathered today to officially bless the plaque at the new St. Matthew Catholic Secondary School in Cornwall. The blessing was presided by Fr. John Whyte, CDSBEO Board Chaplain, with greetings brought by Chair Lalonde and Vice-Chair Eamer. Many thanks to all who attended!

St. Matthew also hosted the Board of Trustees for the Regular Board meeting for March 3. The Board enjoyed an amazing gourmet lunch served by St. Matthew CSS Hospitality students prior to the meeting. The students planned, prepped and served a three course Greek lunch which included a cheese torta that was served with a Greek salad, moussaka, and loukoumades. Students also created etched wooden charcuterie boards, inscripted with the spiritual theme, as a gift for each trustee and staff member in attendance.
